MR扩散加权成像及动态增强成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值

摘要
目的分析MR扩散加权成像及动态增强成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择我院2011年11月至2018年6月收治的50例前列腺癌患者作为研究组,另选取同期65例前列腺增生患者作为对照组,均采用MR扩散加权成像及动态增强成像检查,观察两组的诊断价值。结果前列腺癌在MR扩散加权成像上与周边前列腺组织相比显示明显高信号,而在动态增强成像上显示低信号。前列腺增生在MR扩散加权成像上显示不均匀的稍高或稍低信号,基质增生结节显示稍低信号,而在动态增强成像上显示不均匀高信号。研究组的平均ADC值低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的动态增强的开始强化时间、达到峰值时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但研究组的开始降低时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论通过MR扩散加权成像及动态增强成像,可有效观察到前列腺癌病灶范围及转移情况,并准确判断临床分期,具有较高的诊断准确性,能够为患者治疗及预后提供保障。
        Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic enhanced imaging in prostate cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2011 to June 2018 were selected as the study group. 65 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia at the same period were selected as the control group. All patients received MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic enhanced imaging. The diagnostic value of two groups was observed. Results MR diffusion weighted imaging on prostate cancer showed significantly high signal compared with peripheral prostatic tissue, while dynamic enhanced imaging showed low signal. MR diffusion weighted imaging showed uneven slightly high or slightly low signal on benign prostatic hyperplasia, with slightly low signal on matrix hyperplasia nodules, while the dynamic enhancement imaging showed uneven high signal.The average ADC value of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the start-strengthening time and peak time of dynamic enhancement between the two groups(P >0.05), but the start-reducing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions MR diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic enhanced imaging can effectively observe the range and metastasis of prostate cancer, and accurately judge the clinical stage, which have higher accuracy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and provide guarantee for patients' treatment and prognosis.
