摘要
胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)通过与细胞表面的胰岛素样生长因子受体结合,激活一系列下游信号通路,发挥促进细胞增殖、分化和抑制凋亡等作用。近年来研究发现,胰岛素样生长因子-1/胰岛素样生长因子1受体(IGF-1/IGF-1R)信号通路在皮肤成纤维细胞中可以促进胶原蛋白的合成,同时能抑制紫外线(UV)诱导的皮肤角质形成细胞癌变。因此,IGF-1/IGF-1R信号通路在UV照射引起的一系列皮肤损伤,如光老化及皮肤良性肿瘤,甚至是各种皮肤癌的发生中均发挥着重要作用。该文就IGF-1/IGF-1R信号通路在抗皮肤光老化及UV诱导皮肤肿瘤中的作用和相关机制作一综述。
