变速箱敲击噪声的调制分析方法

摘要
齿轮敲击噪声是变速器噪声的一种类型,由于敲击噪声具有穿透力高的特点,容易被乘客察觉并影响乘坐舒适性。常规的齿轮敲击噪声主要采用时域考核指标来识别,本文提了一种新的分析方法,即调制分析方法。本文首先对仿真的敲击信号做调制分析,验证其方法的有效性,接着再对生产线上真实的油泵敲击信号作了调制分析。结果证明该方法能够有效识别油泵噪声信号。
        Gear rattle noise is one type of transmission gear noise, and it is characterized by easy penetration, so it can be sensed and complained by the passengers? Conventional method is mainly based on time-domain evaluations? In this paper, we present a new method, i?e?, modulation analysis? A simulated gear rattle noise is first analyzed with this method, to verify the effeteness of this method? The real gear rattle noise from the real-time measured oil pump is further analyzed? The results prove that the modulation analysis presents a powerful tool in detecting gear rattle noise?
