新建公立三甲医院五官科护理团队的组建与培训

摘要
目的探讨新建公立三甲医院五官科护理队伍建设和培训的科学方法。方法分析现有护理团队的实际情况,调研五官科护理特点与难点,循证五官科专科护理质量指标,开展队伍建设和培训。考核专科理论及操作,跟班观察护士的临床操作依从率。发放患者满意度调查表,统计开业运行以来护理安全不良事件的发生率。结果专科理论考核平均分为(84.5±4.8)分,专科操作考核平均分为(90.6±5.6)分,专科操作依从率分别为滴眼液92.5%、外耳道冲洗93.3%、口腔护理89.29%,患者满意度95.7%,护理安全不良事件发生率为0.07%。结论多元化的护理团队建设和培训,帮助护士建立临床思维模式,保障临床护理质量与安全。
Objective To explore the ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology and stomatology nurse team building and training method of newly establishment public triple A hospital. Methods The main methods had some aspects, which were the analysis of the actual situation of the existing nursing team, the investigation of the characteristics and difficulties of the five-sensory department nursing, the basis of evidence of five-sensory department nursing quality indicators, and the contribution of building and training team. And the Examining the theory and operation of specialty,observing the compliance rate of clinical operation of nurses in shift were one of another aspect. Questionnaire of patients' satisfaction was issued,and the incidence of adverse events of nursing safety was counted. Results The average score of theoretical examination in specialty was(84.5±4.8)points. The average score of specialized operation examination was(90.6±5.6) points. The compliance rate of specialized operation was 92.5%for eyedrops, 93.3% for external auditory canal irrigation, 89.29% for oral nursing, 95.7% for patients' satisfaction, and 0.07% for nursing safety adverse events. Conclusion Diversified nursing team building and training can help nurses establish clinical thinking mode and ensure the quality and safety of clinical nursing.
