摘要
为解决现有钻杆在松软煤层钻进中事故频发、钻孔深度浅、成孔率低等难题,基于松软煤层钻进及现有配套设备特点,从排渣性能、护孔能力、加工工艺等方面对钻杆结构进行研究,研制出一种带弓形螺旋槽的新型螺旋钻杆。现场工业性试验中,新型螺旋钻杆替换同尺寸常规螺旋钻杆后,增加了松软煤层钻孔深度,成孔率为90%,且钻进过程中无钻杆断裂、掉钻事故发生。结果表明,新型螺旋钻杆结构设计合理,设备兼容性好,整体力学性能稳定,有利于提高井壁稳定性和排渣效率,降低卡钻、塌孔、掉钻等事故发生率。
        In order to solve the problems which are frequent accident of drilling, shallow drilling depth and low rate of built-up hole with existing drill pipes in soft coal seams,a new spiral drill pipe based on the characteristics of soft coal seam drilling and existing supporting equipment was researched from slagging,hole protection and processing technic,and the new drill pipe with arcuate spiral was developed.After replacing the same size conventional auger drill pipe in the field industrial test, the new spiral drill pipe successfully improved the drilling depth of the soft coal seam, and the rate of built-up hole reached 90%,and there was no drill pipe breakage or drilling accident in the industrial test. The results show that the new spiral drill pipe has reasonable structural design,good equipment compatibilit y and stable mechanical performance,which can improve wellbore stability and slagging efficiency and reduce the incidence of accidents such as pipe-sticking,collapsed and pipe-dropping.
