松软、低透气及底板易变形煤层瓦斯治理实践

摘要
晋城矿区15~#煤层煤质松软,低透气,底板易变形,巷道掘进时软煤易片帮引发瓦斯超限事故,施工抽采钻孔遇软煤出现压钻及塌孔造成抽放效果差,煤层底板遇水变形后密闭墙出现裂隙存在漏风及外涌瓦斯隐患。针对上述问题,寺河煤矿研究提出二号井15~#煤层瓦斯治理综合措施,取得良好效果。
        Coal seam No. 15 in Jincheng Mining Area is soft, low permeability, and floor is easily deformed. Gas overload accident is easily caused by soft coal sheet during roadway excavation. Pressure drilling and collapse of soft coal in construction drainage boreholes result in poor drainage effect. There are hidden dangers of air leakage and gas gushing in the crack of sealing wall after water deformation of coal seam floor. In view of the above problems, Sihe Coal Mine put forward comprehensive measures for gas control in No. 15 coal seam of No. 2 Well, and achieved good results.
