摘要
白龙煤矿当前主采3#煤层,该煤层坚固性系数为0.23~0.45,煤层情况复杂。在对其进行瓦斯抽放钻孔施工作业中,常发生塌孔现象,无法保障钻孔深度。本论文基于影响钻孔施工的因素,从钻孔施工装备、配套钻具、排渣方式等方面对加强钻孔深度的施工进行了实践应用的探讨,取得了较好的实践效果。
At present, 3~# coal seam is mainly used in Bailong Coal Mine. The coefficient of firmness of the coal seam is 0.23 to 0.45, and the coal seam is complicated. In the construction of gas drainage boreholes, hole collapse often occurs, which can not guarantee the depth of boreholes. Based on the factors affecting drilling construction, this paper discusses the practical application of strengthening drilling depth construction from drilling construction equipment, matching drilling tools and slag discharge methods, and achieves good practical results.
