摘要

目的探讨微小切口进路坚固内固定术治疗口腔颌面部骨折的临床价值。方法随机将我院2017年9月～2018年9月收治的74例口腔颌面部骨折患者分为两组,每组37例;观察组行微小切口进路坚固内固定术,对照组行常规术式,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组Ⅰ期愈合率、外形恢复满意率以及并发症发生率等指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微小切口进路坚固内固定术可有效治疗口腔颌面部骨折,具有恢复效果好、并发症少等优点,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
        Objective To investigate the clinical value of the small incision approach for the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures. Methods 74 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 37 in each group. The observation group underwent a small incision approach and solid internal fixation. Conventional surgery, comparing the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The I stage healing rate, shape recovery satisfaction rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The rigid incision approach can effectively treat oral and maxillofacial fractures, and has the advantages of good recovery effect and less complications. It improves the quality of life of patients and is worthy of popularization and application.
