摘要

成果导向(OBE)模式是一种成果导向的工程教育模式。本文从传统"内容导向"教育模式的问题出发,阐述"成果导向"的教育理念,分析OBE教学模式的流程,以地方工科院校软件工程专业为例,提出了基于"成果导向"的工程类专业教育教学改革方案,探究了培养什么样的软件人才、如何培养软件人才、培养的软件人才效果评价等相关内容,推动了软件工程专业教学改革,形成了以成果导向的闭环教学质量模式。
        The OBE model is a result-oriented engineering education model. Starting from the problem of traditional "content-oriented" education mode, this paper expounds the educational concept of "result-oriented" and analyzes the process of OBE teaching mode. Taking the software engineering specialty of local engineering colleges as an example, this paper puts forward the teaching reform plan of engineering specialty education based on "result-oriented", and explores what kind of software talents to train, how to train software talents and software training. Relevant contents such as talent effect evaluation have promoted the teaching reform of software engineering specialty and formed a closed-loop teaching quality model oriented by results.
