摘要
目前随着科技进步以及轮胎厂对效率精度要求的提高,全自动载重胎成型机越来越受欢迎,胎面小车自动上料装置成为全自动载重成型机的要点,胎面自动上料装置需要用胎面供料动力辊筒组合将同层格栅车上多条胎面同步并导出到储料装置,但由于多条胎面同时输送,动力辊筒组合长时间悬臂,且受胎面重力作用,动力辊筒组合很容易产生挠曲变形,影响传送效果。
        With the advancement of technology and the improvement of efficiency requirements of tire factories, automatic truck tire building machines are becoming more and more popular. The tread automatic feeding device becomes the main point of the automatic truck tire building machine. The device needs to use the tread feeding power roller combination to simultaneously export multiple treads on the same layer grille car to the storage device. However, since multiple treads were simultaneously conveyed, the power roller combination was subjected to the tread gravity, and the deflection deformation is easily generated,which affects the conveying effect.
