摘要
综述了人体生物样本(主要为血液、尿液等)中常见食品有机污染物,包括多环芳烃、邻苯二甲酸酯、多溴联苯醚、有机磷农药等的检测方法,以期为食品有机污染物摄入人体的内剂量监测及暴露评估提供方法学参考(引用文献52篇)。
        A review on the research progress on analytical methods for food organic contaminants,including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,phthalates,polybrominated diphenyl ethers,and organophosphorus pesticides,was presented,aiming to provide methodological references for dosage biomonitoring in human body and exposure assessment of food organic contaminants(52 ref.cited).
