摘要
建立了采用快速消解法处理电镀废水样品,电位滴定测定水中化学需氧量的方法。对方法进行了选择、优化及验证。在优化的条件下,高浓度和低浓度的化学需氧量溶液测试的回收率分别为96.2%和93.4%,方法的精密度分别为2.1%~4.7%。该法高效快捷、操作简便、灵敏准确,适用于电镀废水中化学需氧量含量的快速测定。
        A testing method for chemical oxygen demand in electroplating wastewater samples using rapid digestion and potentiometric titration was developed. The test parameters were optimized and validated. Under the optimized conditions,the recoveries for the high and low concentration of chemical oxygen demand were 96. 2% and 93. 4%,respectively. The relative standard deviations of this method were 2. 1% to 4. 7%. The proposed method could be applied in the determination for chemical oxygen demand content in electroplating wastewater,with the advantages of rapidity,simplicity,high sensitivity and accuracy.
