探析轻中度高血压采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗的疗效和药理

摘要
目的探究分析对轻中度高血压患者在临床中行硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗的效果及其药理。方法择取在2018年1月至2018年12月到我院接受治疗的120例轻中度高血压病患,随机数字表法进行分组(实验组、参照组),60例/组。参照组与实验组病患分别接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片、硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,观察与统计治疗前后血压指标改善情况以及并发症发生情况,并予以对比评价。结果治疗前,对比组间收缩压以及舒张压指标水平(P>0.05);经过不同药物治疗后,对比显示实验组上述指标较参照组优(P<0.05)。实验组与参照组组间并发症发生率对比显示实验组更低(P<0.05)。结论将硝苯地平缓释片在临床中应用到轻中度高血压患者的治疗工作中,能够对舒张压以及收缩压指标水平进行有效控制,且具有并发症发生率低的优势,在临床中的推广与应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the effect and pharmacology of the treatment of nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets in patients with mild to moderate hypertension. Methods A total of 120 patients with mild to moderate hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in a randomized digital table(experimental group, reference group), 60 patients/group. Patients in the reference group and the experimental group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets and nifedipine sustained-release tablets, and the improvement of blood pressure indicators and complications before and after statistical treatment were observed and compared. Results Before treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure index were compared between the groups(P>0.05). After different drug treatments, the comparison showed that the above indexes were better than the reference group(P< 0.05). The complication rate between the experimental group and the reference group showed that the experimental group was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets in the clinical treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension can effectively control the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure index, and has the advantage of low complication rate. The promotion and application value is high.
