正畸微种植体支抗治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨正畸微种植体支抗在安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年12月—2018年6月商丘市第三人民医院收治的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者100例,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为2组,各50例。对照组予以传统口外弓支抗治疗,观察组采用正畸微种植体支抗治疗,比较两组患者上中切牙变化及上颌磨牙支抗情况。结果两组上颌前牙内收距离相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组垂直减少距离大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组上颌第一磨牙前移距离相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时观察组上颌第一磨牙呈压低趋势,对照组下颌第一磨牙呈伸长趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸微种植体支抗对内收上颌前牙、上颌磨牙支抗情况的改善具有显著应用价值,且与传统口外弓支抗相比,在垂直方向控制上优势更为明显。
        Objective To investigate the application effects of orthodontic mini-implant anchorage in treatment of Class II division 1 malocclusion.Methods Totally 100 patients with Class II division 1 malocclusion in the hospital from December 2016 to June 2018 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. Control group was given headgear anchorage, while observation group was treated with orthodontic mini-implant anchorage. The changes of upper central incisor and maxillary molar anchorage were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the adduction distance of maxillary anterior teeth between the two groups(P>0.05); The vertical reduction distance of observation group was larger than that of control group(P<0.05); There was no statistical difference in the antedisplacement distance of maxillary first molar between the two groups(P>0.05); The maxillary first molar of observation group showed a depressing trend, while the mandibular first molar of control group showed an elongation trend(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic mini-implant anchorage has significant application value in improving adduction of maxillary anterior teeth and maxillary molar anchorage. Compared with headgear anchorage, mini-implant anchorage has advantages of vertical control.
