“两山”理论的哲学基础及践行路径

摘要
党的十九大突出强调了生态文明建设的重要地位。"两山"理论即绿水青山就是金山银山理论,是新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的行动指南。其具有深厚的哲学基础,植根于马克思关于人与自然关系的基本理论:自然对人的先在性、人对自然的依赖性和人与自然的统一性。新时代践行绿水青山就是金山银山理论必须树立绿色发展理念,奠定思想基础;形成绿色发展方式,提供物质条件;实施绿色保护制度,提供法制保障。
The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress highlights the important status of ecological civilization construction. The Two Mountains Theory that clear water and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver is a guide for the socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Two Mountains Theory has a deep philosophical foundation for it is rooted in Marx's basic theory of the man-nature relationship that nature is pre-existent for man, man is dependent on nature, and man and nature are united.It is put forward that the green development concept should be developed to lay the ideological foundation, the green development mode formed to provide material conditions, and the green protection system carried out to provide legal protection, so as to implement Two Mountains Theory in the new era.
