论党的教育方针及其在高等学校贯彻落实的主要路径

摘要
教育方针是国家执政党在一定历史阶段指导教育事业发展的行动纲领和战略原则,决定教育的性质、目的、地位与基本政策。我国教育方针既保持了贯穿始终的"培养全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人"精神,也不断结合时势适当调整着内容。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记发表的系列重要讲话进一步阐明了我们党的教育方针,高等学校应不断增强对党的教育方针宣传力度,并且在人才培养的全过程、高校管理的各方面和办学考核评估中贯彻落实党的教育方针。
The party's educational policy is the action program and strategic principle that the ruling party of the country puts forward in a certain historical stage to guide the development of education, which determines the nature, purpose, status and basic policy of education. The educational policy of our country is not only to train all-round socialist builders and successors, but also to adjust appropriately according to the current situation.Since The 18th Communist Party of China National Congress, President Xi Jinping's important speeches have further clarified the Party's educational policy. Specific measures are mainly to strengthen the propaganda of the Party's educational policy in colleges and universities, and to implement the Party's educational policy in the whole process of personnel training, all aspects of university management and evaluation of school running.
