摘要
为提高中心给料机的控制精度,基于PLC实现了中心给料机的给料控制,分别以称重传感器和流量计作为配比检测单元,将信号反馈至PLC形成闭环控制系统,由变频器实现驱动电机转速调节,电磁阀实现水流量控制,经PLC计算后将计算值作为模拟量输出,实现定量控制。仿真结果显示,系统有较好的控制精度和响应速度。
In order to improve the control precision of center feeder, the feeding control of the feeder is realized based on PLC. The weighing sensor and the flow meter are used as the ratio detecting unit respectively, and the signal is fed back to the PLC to form a closed-loop control system. The inverter motor speed adjustment is realized by the frequency converter,and the solenoid valve realizes the water flow control. After the PLC calculation, the value is output by the analog modulus,and the quantitative control is realized. The simulation results show that the system has better control accuracy and response speed.
