传统内家拳内功修炼之探索

摘要

技击是武术的精华,是从攻防格斗诸法中提炼出来的,具有很强的实用价值。本文从调查研究数据入手,以北京体育大学传统套路和散手专业运动员、专业武术教练、北京市公安局特警支队队员、中国人民公安大学警务战术课程学员和中国维和警察培训中心防暴队员和民间内家拳师等213人为研究对象,采用逻辑分析、推理法和数理统计法,并结合自己青年时期训练内家拳术的一些感悟,阐述内家技击术功力训练的要点问题。研究表明:1、内家拳功力训练与防卫原理体现了击仿真思维技巧和运动生物力学原理。体现了借力与发力技巧和实证技术原理。2、内家拳中内功的提出有其特定的历史背景,调查研究发现,在经历过武术基本功修炼者中,内家与外家拳修炼者对内功持有态度出现较显著差别,内家拳修炼者更倾向于支持内功的提法。3、内功修炼应重视四个基本功因子,分别为气拳动作击打因子、意念发力因子、站桩因子和内劲技击因子。
        Attack and defense,as the essence of wushu(martial arts),is concluded from many fighting skills with strong practical value.Based on the investigation data,this paper takes 213 persons as the research object,including the traditional routine and free combat athletes from the Beijing Sport University,professional wushu trainers,members of Special Police Detachment of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau,students from police strategy course in the People's Public Security University of China,explosion-proof players in the Training Center for Peace-keeping Chinese Policemen,as well as the civil internal style boxing coaches,through logical analysis,deduction and mathematical analysis,in combination with author’s own practicing experience,this paper expounds the key points in internal style attack and defense training.
