摘要
[目的]明确稻瘟病菌对防治药剂的敏感性。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定丙环唑与醚菌酯及其组合对南方稻区稻瘟病菌菌株的抑菌活性。[结果]丙环唑和醚菌酯对供试菌株的EC_(50)值分别为0.48~8.46、1.27~29.44 mg/L,且敏感性频率呈正态分布,因此可将病菌对丙环唑和醚菌酯的EC_(50)均值(3.99±2.06)、(12.08±6.91) mg/L作为2种药剂的敏感基线。丙环唑·醚菌酯以有效成分比为5:1时协同增效作用明显,其CTC值为165.48,EC_(50)值为0.85 mg/L。[结论]研究结果为田间防治提供参考。
[Aims] This paper aims to define the sensitivity of Magnaporthe oryzae to propiconazole and kresoxim-methyl. [Methods] The sensitivities of M. oryzae isolates to propiconazole and kresoxim-methyl were determined by means of mycelial growth rate method, which was collected from southern of China. [Results] The results showed that the EC50 of propiconazole and kresoxim-methyl to M. oryzae were 0.48-8.46 and 1.27-29.44 mg/L,respectively. The mean EC50 values of(3.99±2.06) and(12.08±6.91) mg/L for all isolates showed a normal distribution,which was treated as the sensitivity baseline of M. oryzae to propiconazole and kresoxim-methyl, respectively. The synergistic combination showed that the obviously active component ratio of propiconazole and kresoxim-methyl was5:1, the cotoxicity coefficient was 165.48. [Conclusions] The results of the study provide reference for the resistance monitoring of rice blast and field application.
