常见切边刀口模具钢成分和性能对比分析

摘要
采用光谱仪测定5种常用冷作模具钢(Caldie、Cr12MoV、ASP60、DC53和LD)的成分,并结合光学显微镜、硬度仪、冲击试验机与销盘式摩擦磨损试验仪,对其成分和性能对比分析,最终选取合适的高性价比切边刀口模具钢。试验结果表明Caldie的纯净度最优,退火态冶金质量最好,同时具有较好的强韧性及耐磨性,是合适的高性价比切边刀口模具钢。
        The composition of five kinds of common cold working die steels(Caldie,Cr12 MoV, ASP60, DC53 and LD) were calibrated by the spectrometer. With the help of the optical microscope, hardness tester, impact testing machine and pin-on-disc wear tester, the component and property comparison were made in order to determine the appropriate and cost-effective material. The results showed that the purity and the annealing quality of Caldie was the best. Also, it has the good property of robustness as well as wear resistance, which was the appropriate material.
