中药联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗原发性肝癌有效率Meta分析

摘要
目的系统评价中药联合肝动脉栓塞化疗(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)治疗原发性肝癌的有效率,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法计算机检索Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库和万方数据库收集中药联合TACE治疗肝癌与单纯TACE治疗肝癌的非随机临床对照试验研究,采用Cochrane协作网专用Rev Man5.1软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共纳入10篇符合纳入标准的随机对照试验,共计523例患者,其中治疗组284例,对照组239例。由森林图提示,中药联合TACE治疗肝癌有效率优于单纯TACE治疗(OR=2.06,95%CI1.35~3.12,P=0.000 7),文献之间无明显异质性和发表偏移。结论中药联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的临床有效率优于单纯TACE。
Objective The study reviewed the effective rates of the treatment of liver cancer by traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) combined with the transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization( TACE). Methods The literatures comparing the treatment of TACE with TACE combined with TCM were searched from Pub Med,CBM and WANFANG DATA. Rev Man5. 1 software dedicated from the Cochrane collaboration was adopted for statistical analysis of data. Results 10 standard randomised controlled trials were included into this research from internet. There were 284 patients in the treatment group and 239 patients in the controlled group from a total of 523 patients. The forest plot showed that OR was 2. 06( 95% CI1. 35- 3. 12,P = 0. 000 7),which meant the effective rates in TACE combined with TCM group was higher than that in TACE group. No significant heterogeneity and publish bar was existed. Conclusion The effective rate of TACE combined with TCM treatment is superior to TACE for the treatment of primary liver cancer.
