摘要
针对机动时间计算中存在的问题,提出了一种MBD模式下的机动时间自动计算方法。阐述了MBD模式下三维工艺设计系统原理及包含工时计算的功能框架;将计算参数分成切削参数、结构几何参数与辅助几何参数三类,并分别阐述了这三类参数的来源;提出了零件加工工艺过程的工序、工步、加工尺寸三个层次划分,并阐述了以零件、工序、工步、加工工艺特征、加工尺寸、计算公式及算法为组织对象的三维工艺系统信息模型。同时,详细说明了余量相关与余量无关结构几何参数的获取方法及机加时间的计算原理。最后,在.Net平台上开发实现了该系统,实现了机动时间的自动计算。
        Maneuver time calculation is the key and difficulty in the Calculation of man hour quota.A 3 D process design system framework was put forward.The calculation parameters was divided into cutting parameters,geometric parameters and aided geometric parameters,then the source of these parameters was expounded.Machining process was proposed in three level classifications as JOB,Step,processing dimension,and process information organization model was described by organization object as the parts,JOB,Step,processing features,processing dimension,calculation formula and algorithms.At the same time,the structural geometric parameters were divided into two types,such as the allowance correlation and allowance margin,and the method of obtaining these two types geometric parameters and the complete calculation principle of the maneuver time calculation were explained in detail.Finally,the automatic calculation function of the man hour quota in the 3 D process design system was developed by the.Net platform.
