基于两阶段网络DEA模型的国家创新效率研究——基于南亚、东南亚国家

摘要
基于"一带一路"倡议及云南省面向南亚、东南亚辐射中心建设的推进,对南亚、东南亚国家科技创新状况进行了分析评价,提出中国企业到南亚、东南亚国家投资的决策建议。在此基础上,着手于南亚、东南亚国家的科技创新发展状况,选取在经济发展和科技创新方面具有一定代表性的8个国家作为研究对象,收集历年的统计年鉴及其他数据库的数据,运用二阶段网络DEA方法对南亚、东南亚国家科技创新效率进行评价,最后提出南亚、东南亚国家提高科技创新效率的对策。
Based on the "Belt and Road Initiative"and the construction of Yunnan Province as the radiation center of South Asia and Southeast Asia,this paper analyzes and evaluates the state of science and technology innovation in South and Southeast Asian countries,and proposes the decision-making suggestions for Chinese enterprises to invest in the countries. Based on this,this paper studies the current development of scientific and technological innovations in South Asia and Southeast Asian countries,selects 8 countries with certain representativeness in economic development and scientific and technological innovation as the research objects,and collects statistical yearbooks and data of other databases over the years to evaluate the efficiency of scientific and technological innovations of the countries by using two-stage network DEA method. Countermeasures on improving the innovation efficiency of South Asia and Southeast Asia are proposed.
