摘要
铝合金是一种应用广泛的金属材料。然而在大气污染日益严重的情况下,铝合金受到的腐蚀加重。本研究采用失重法对A356.2铝合金材料在盐酸、硫酸及硝酸中腐蚀行为进行研究,结果表明:铝合金样品对盐酸腐蚀最为敏感,对不同浓度的硝酸和硫酸却存在着钝化点,且腐蚀速率随周期增长而提高。
Aluminum alloys are widely used in the field of metal material. The corrosion of aluminum alloy was increased due to the serious atmospheric pollution. A wrought aluminum alloy was corrosion under the condition of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid. The corrosion test by weight loss corrosion measurement. The results show that aluminum alloy under the condition of hydrochloric acid has the fastest corrosion rate. And the corrosion rate grow along with the cycle time when under the condition of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, but there is a passivation points with different concentration of nitric acid and sulfuric acid.
