戊二醛交联壳聚糖席夫碱的合成及其对Pb~(2+)吸附性能的研究

摘要
以化学法和微波法分别制备香草醛接枝壳聚糖(CTSV)和戊二醛交联香草醛接枝壳聚糖(CTSV-G)以用作对Pb~(2+)的吸附。通过红外光谱仪,X射线小角衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜表征其结构,同时考察了其吸附动力学和p H等影响因素对交联产物吸附性能的影响。红外光谱以及XRD谱图结果均表明了壳聚糖发生接枝和交联反应,以及扫描电镜下观察到其孔洞结构的增加。经吸附实验测得低Pb~(2+)浓度条件下,其吸附过程满足二级吸附动力学,并且戊二醛交联壳聚糖席夫碱在强酸溶液中对Pb~(2+)有卓越的吸附性能。
        Chitosan and glutaraldehyde crosslinked chitosan grafted by Vanillin(CTSV and CTSV-G) were used as the adsorbents of Pb~(2+). The composite were prepared by chemical and microwave methods. The product was characterized by IR, XRD, It showed that adsorbents have been synthesized successfully. The surface morphology of the adsorbents was characterized by SEM. The adsorption properties were investigated by ICP. The adsorption follows pseudo second-order kinetics at the low concentrations of Pb~(2+). Moreover, the experimental results showed that the cross-linked chitosan had excellent absorption ability of Pb~(2+) in the acid solution.
