摘要
基于CSR-H规范要求对大型矿砂船艏货舱结构进行有限元直接计算,实船分析发现,在某些压载工况条件下,按CSR-H要求进行剪力弯矩调整时,由于局部修正弯矩过大将造成船体艏部上甲板等结构局部大变形现象。结合大型矿砂船舱室布置、外载荷特点以及剪力弯矩调整计算原理,分析相关原因,提出改进方法,可有效避免矿砂船艏货舱强度分析中因局部结构大变形而造成计算结果失真的问题。
The direct strength analysis of VLCO foremost cargo hold was conducted according to CSR-H requirements. In some ballast conditions,local large deformation was found on bow upper deck and other bow structures,due to the vertical bending moment is too large in the CSR-H hull girder loads adjustment. Based on the cabin layout of VLOC,characteristics of external loads and principles of hull girder loads adjustment,the reason of the large deformation was analyzed. A modified method was proposed,which can effectively avoid distortions of the calculation results caused by local large deformation in the strength analysis.
