摘要
为提高聚丙烯(PP)蜂窝夹芯板的高温弯曲性能,研究了蜂窝板的聚丙烯/玻璃纤维(PP/GF)面层中玻璃纤维长度、聚丙烯(PP)芯层中滑石粉添加量和滑石粉粒径对蜂窝夹芯板高温弯曲性能的影响.试验结果表明,在满足加工性的前提下,增加聚丙烯/玻璃纤维(PP/GF)面层中的纤维长度,增加蜂窝芯中滑石粉添加量及降低滑石粉粒径,均可提高聚丙烯蜂窝夹芯板的高温弯曲性能.
In order to improve the high temperature bending property of polypropylene(PP) honeycomb core sandwich panel, the effects of glass fiber length in PP/GF skin, the content of talc in PP honeycomb core and diameter of talc on high temperature bending property of PP honeycomb core sandwich panel were investigated. The results show that the high temperature bending property of polypropylene honeycomb sandwich panel can be improved by increasing the fiber length in the surface layer of polypropylene/glass fiber(PP/GF), increasing the amount of talc powder in honeycomb core and reducing the particle size of talc powder under the premise of satisfying processability.
