摘要

老城区海绵城市建设应基于问题导向,从全流域系统的角度,统筹源头-过程-系统的项目体系。为推进海绵城市专项规划落地,优化具体项目设计,保障海绵城市建设的整体实施效果,编制海绵城市系统化方案十分必要。以某城市老城区的海绵城市建设系统化方案编制为例,阐述系统化方案的编制目的、编制的技术思路,并对现状本底分析、水环境改善方案编制、水安全提升方案编制及工程体系系统融合等方面对系统化方案的要点进行探讨。
        The construction of sponge city inold urban areas should be based on the problem orientation,from the point of view of the whole basin system,the project system of the sourceprocess-system.In order to promote the implementation of sponge city plan,optimize the specific project design and guarantee the overall implementation effect of sponge city construction,it is necessary to make a systematic plan of sponge city.Taking the construction of a systematic scheme of sponge city in the old urban area of a city as an example,elaborates the purpose of the systematic programming and the technical thinking.The main points of the systematic scheme are discussed in terms of the present background analysis,water environment improvement scheme preparation,water safety improvement plan preparation and system integration.
