摘要

目的分析骶前原发性肿瘤的超声表现,探讨腔内超声检查对骶前肿瘤术前诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的11例骶前肿瘤患者的影像学资料,以术后病理检查结果为标准,比较经腹超声、腔内超声的结果。结果 11例骶前肿瘤中,囊性肿瘤7例,实性富血供肿瘤3例,囊实混合性肿瘤1例,术前经腹超声检查仅2例定位于骶前,腔内超声11例准确定位并明确囊实性,且8例诊断良恶性判断与病理结果基本一致。结论腔内超声检查能多方位显示骶前肿瘤本身特点及其周围的解剖结构,对部分肿瘤可做出明确诊断。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of endosonography by analysing the ultrasound features of presacral tumor.Methods The imaging features of 11 patients with presacral primary tumor were analyzed retrospectively,and the transabdominal ultrasound,endosonography findings were compared with the pathologic findings.Results Among these 11 cases of presacral tumors,7 were cystic type,3 were and rich blood solid type and 1 was cystic-solid type.The preoperative transabdominal sonography only showed 2 tumors in presacral region.However,the endosonography had located all eumors positions accurately and identifieed the cystic type and solid type.And the diagnostic results basically matched the pathology results in 8 cases.Conclusions Endosonography examination can multidimensionally show presacral primary tumor features and the peripheralanatomic structures,and can make clear diagnosis in some cases.
