摘要

文章根据中医经典理论结合多年临床经验,提出了"阴阳两虚"是心悸的核心病机之一,从《伤寒论》中提炼出了"滋阴通阳复脉法"用于治疗室性早搏,取得了良好的临床效果。并叙述了将"滋阴通阳复脉法"灵活运用于临床的心得与体会。
        The paper pointed out that one of the central pathogeneses of palpitation was deficiency of both yin and yang, according to the classical theory of TCM and years of clinical experience. Nourishing yin, activating yang and restore the pulse therapy was summarized from Shanghan Lun, and it achieved good clinical efficacy on treating premature ventricular contraction(PVC). In addition, the experience in flexibly applying of nourishing yin, activating yang and restore the pulse therapy in clinical practice was described in this article.
