摘要
目的探讨基质细胞衍生因子SDF-1α及其受体CXCR4在类风湿关节炎(RA)发生、发展中的作用及意义。方法用流式细胞术对50例RA患者和25例健康志愿者外周血CD3+CD4+T细胞、CD3+CD8+T细胞表面CXCR4的表达水平进行检测,用ELISA法检测SDF-1α、IL-6在上述两组外周血中的表达情况。结果 RA患者组外周血中CD3+CD4+T细胞和CD3+CD8+T细胞表面CXCR4表达水平和SDF-1α、IL-6的表达均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。直线相关性分析显示,外周血CXCR4及SDF-1α表达水平与IL-6均存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 SDF-1α/CXCR4轴及IL-6在RA患者的发病过程中可能起到了重要作用,并且二者有协同作用。
        Objective To study the expression of SDF-1αand CXCR4 in the peripheral blood patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 50 RA patients were recruited and 25 healthy volunteers were enrolled as normal controls.The expressions of CXCR4 on CD3~+CD4~+T cells and CD3~+CD8~+T cells were detected by flow cytometry in 50 patients with RA and 25 healthy subjects.The level of SDF-1αand IL-6 were detected by ELISA.Results The expression of CXCR4 on CD3~+CD4~+T cells and CD3~+CD8~+T cells and the levels of SDF-1αand IL-6 in peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were significantly higher than those of healthy controls(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CXCR4 and SDF-1αexpression in peripheral blood and IL-6(P<0.05).Conclusion SDF-1α/CXCR4 axis and IL-6 maybe play an important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
