南海D气田高温防水锁钻井液技术对策研究及应用

摘要
通过储层微观物性、压汞实验、扫描电镜分析了南海D气田主力储层黄流组物性特点,提出了D气田钻井液面临的技术难点。针对高温、高压、低孔、低渗的储层特点,室内开展了高温防水锁钻井液体系研究,进行了一系列高温降滤失剂、防水锁剂单剂优选实验以及体系优化实验,研制出了抗温超过170℃防水锁水基钻井液。室内评价表明,优选体系具有良好的高温稳定性,防水锁剂SATRO能增强钻井液滤液返排能力,减轻储层的水锁损害。现场应用表明,优选体系具有良好的储层保护效果,表皮系数仅为0.05,为类似低渗气田开发提供参考。
        This paper first analyzed properties of the main reservoir Huangliu in D gas field by reservoirs microscopic physical properties, mercury experiments and scanning electron microscope, then put forward technical difficulties problems that drilling fluid faced.In view of high temperature,high pressure,low porosity and low permeability, a series of single agent selecting experiments such as high-temperature fluid loss additive, anti-water lock agent, and system optimization experiments were carried out. The responding anti-temperature over 170℃ and anti-water lock water-based drilling fluid is developed. Laboratory evaluation shows that the optimum selection system has good high temperature stability. SATRO can enhance the drainage capacity of drilling fluid filtrate and reduce reservoir water lock damage. Field application shows that the optimum selection system has good reservoir protection effect, and the skin factor is only 0.05, which provides a reference for the development of similar low permeability gas fields.
