摘要
[目的]研究4家实验室对卷烟主流烟气中常规成分释放量检测的一致性。[方法]在实验室个数较少,不能采用Z比分稳健统计法时,比较采用试验结果临界值(CD值)和校准实验室间数据比值(En值)评定法考察4家实验室5个卷烟样品释放量的一致性;同时对数据进行了格拉布斯和科克伦检验,计算了每个样品的重复性限和重现性限,并计算了曼德尔H和K指数。[结果]4家实验室检测数据采用试验结果临界值(CD值)评定法和En值评定法均显示结果一致性良好。[结论]该研究为主流烟气常规成分的测定提供依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the results of four laboratory tests on the consistency of the detection of the release of conventional components in cigarette mainstream smoke.[Method]When the number of laboratories was small and the Z-score robust statistical method cannot be used, the test results threshold(CD value) and the calibration inter-laboratory data ratio(En value) were used to examine the release of five cigarette samples from four laboratories.At the same time, the data were tested by Grubbs and Cochrane. The repeatability limit and reproducibility limit of each sample were calculated, and the Mandel H and K indices were calculated.[Result]The test data of the four laboratories used the test result critical value(CD value) evaluation method and the En value evaluation method showed that the results were in good agreement.[Conclusion]This study provides the basis for the determination of the conventional composition of mainstream smoke.
