美国通用教育数据标准对我国高等教育数据治理的启示

摘要
教育数据标准是教育数据治理的重要组成部分,对规范和指导、落实和推进教育治理具有重要作用。美国通用教育数据标准协同多元主体共同构建了统一的教育数据模型,开发教育数据标准应用支持工具,促进了纵向教育数据系统的数据共享,在教育数据治理中发挥了重要的作用。对于我国高等教育数据治理具有一定启示。
Education data standard is an important part of data governance,which plays a significant role in regulating and promoting education governance.Common Education Data Standard(CEDS)was developed by multiple stakeholders,which is a well-defined education data model.Applying the supporting tools provided by CEDS,Statewide Longitudinal Education Data System shares education data in different states and systems without obstacle.CEDS plays an important role in education data governance,which has some enlightenment for data governance in China's higher education.
