摘要
薄壁铝合金型材对接焊缝结构复杂,并受检测空间限制,尚无可行的焊缝焊接质量检测方法。为此提出一种超声爬波检测工艺进行检测试验。通过设计型材结构试块、模拟焊缝余高试块和人工模拟缺陷试块等,研究型材结构与焊缝余高等对爬波检测的影响,并测试该爬波检测工艺对各种缺陷的检测能力。并与超声相控阵技术进行对比试验,分析两种技术对该种焊缝检测的适应性。试验结果表明:对于余高磨平的焊缝,爬波与相控阵的检测能力基本相当,能够检测裂纹、未焊透和未熔合等焊接缺陷,具有快速检测的优势;对于余高未磨平的薄壁焊缝,爬波检测发现缺陷的能力优于相控阵技术。试验结果可为实际工程检测提供参考和指导。
        Due to the high complexity of thin-walled aluminum alloy profiles butt weld structure and the limitation to the inspection space,there is still no feasible quality inspection methods to the welding seam. This article proposed a method of butt joint creeping wave detection by designing the profile structure testing block,simulating the excess weld metal testing block and artificial simulation of defect testing block. We researched on the profile structure and excess weld metal's effect on creeping wave detection,and tested the creeping wave detection's capability to different defects. We also compared this method to the ultrasonic phased array technology. The result showed that the capability of creeping wave method is equivalent to the phased array method in the inspection of ground flat excess weld metal. The creeping wave method is advantaged in the fast inspection and can be used in the inspection of the different defects,such as fracture,lack of penetration and incomplete fusion. To the thin-walled unground flat excess weld metal,the creeping wave method is better than the phased array technology. In the end,the test results can provide reference and guidance for the practical engineering testing.
