小儿病毒性脑炎血生化指标变化及其临床价值

摘要
目的:探究小儿病毒性脑炎与生化指标的联系,分析其临床价值。方法:选取2012年11月～2017年11月期间来某院就诊的48例病毒性脑炎患儿,根据其症状表现分为观察组和对照组,检测两组患儿的血清电解质、心肌酶及血糖水平,并对其进行比较。结果:对照组与观察组在血清电解质、心肌酶谱和血糖方面比较,对照组有显著提升(P<0.05);血钙、血钠有明显的降低(P<0.05);血氯、血钾差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:生化指标变化能够准确的反映患儿血糖与病情的联系,对于判断患儿病情程度及其预后都起到了有效地指示作用,值得投入临床使用。
Objective: To explore the relationship between viral encephalitis in children and biochemical indicators and analyze its clinical value.Methods: A total of 48 children with viral encephalitis came to a hospital from November 2012 to November 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to their symptoms.Serum electrolytes,myocardial enzymes and blood glucose levels were detected in two groups of children.Results: Compared with the observation group,serum electrolyte,myocardial enzyme spectrum and blood glucose were significantly increased in the control group(P<0.05); Blood calcium and serum sodium were significantly decreased(P<0.05); Blood chlorine and serum potassium were not found significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The changes of biochemical indexes can accurately reflect the relationship between children's blood glucose and illness,and it can effectively indicate the degree of illness and prognosis of children.It is worthy of being put into clinical use.
