抑郁失眠与单纯失眠的共性分析

摘要
目的:探讨抑郁失眠与单纯失眠患者的共性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年3月来石家庄市第八医院救治的38例单纯失眠患者、40例抑郁失眠患者及40例睡眠正常患者为研究对象,用酶联免疫吸附法来测定3组患者血清中神经肽Y(NPY)及P物质(SP)的水平,并用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)来评定3组患者的主观睡眠及抑郁状况。结果:单纯失眠组及抑郁失眠组的PSQI及HAMD总分均明显高于对照组,且抑郁失眠组患者的HAMD总分明显高于单纯失眠组患者。血清中NPY的浓度对照组明显高于单纯失眠及抑郁失眠组;血清中SP的浓度对照组明显低于单纯失眠组及抑郁失眠组,且单纯失眠组明显低于抑郁失眠组。结论:抑郁失眠及单纯失眠患者都存在外周NPY和SP能神经元功能紊乱情况,抑郁失眠患者的SP能神经功能紊乱情况更显著。
        Objective: To explore the common analysis of the patients with simple insomnia and depression insomnia. Methods: A Total of 38 cases patients with simple insomnia,40 cases patients with depression insomnia and 40 cases healthy people were collected as the research object. The level of neuropeptide Y(NPY) and substance P(SP) in serum of the three groups were determinded by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The subjective sleep and depression were assessed by the pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI) and the hamilton derpreesion scale(HAMD). Results: The total score of PSQI and HAMD of the insomnia group and the depression insomnia group were both significantly higher than the control group. The total score of HAMD of the depression insomnia group was significantly higher than the insomnia group. The concentration of NPY of the control group was significantly higher than the insomnia group and the depression insomnia group. The concentration of SP of the control group was significantly lower than the insomnia group and the depression insomnia group,and the concentration of SP of the insomnia group was significantly lower than the depression insomnia group. Conclusion: The patients of insomnia group and depression insomnia group have peripheral NPY and SP neurons dysfunction. and the depression group patients have more significantl SP neurous dysfunction.
