摘要

目的:观察内蒙古包头地区成人第3-5腰椎椎管的解剖学测量与CT测量的结果,为骨科的临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法:选取包头市成年健康体检人群100例,在CT下对腰椎3-5椎管的矢状径、侧隐窝矢状径等进行测量,同时对双侧侧隐窝也进行测量与观察。取50具健康成年脊柱腰段标本进行以上数据的测量,对两种测量方法的相关结果进行分析。结果:内蒙古包头地区成人腰椎椎管侧隐窝宽度测量值CT与标本测量分别为(5. 16±0. 3) mm和(5. 30±0. 4) mm,两组数据之间进行比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1. 586,P=0. 032);成人L4-L5椎管面积CT测量与标本测量值分别为(289. 43±15. 2) mm2、(290. 3±14. 5) mm2,对两组数据进行比较,差异无统计学意义(t=3. 546,P=0. 002);经CT检测的L5矢径宽度健康体检者为(13. 85±0. 04) mm,实际标本测量L5矢状径宽度为(14. 08±0. 25) mm,组间进行比较,差异无统计学意义(t=2. 0173,P=0. 0302)。结论:内蒙古包头地区成人腰椎椎管侧隐窝的宽度值、椎管面积、L5椎体矢径宽度两种不同的检测方法之间比较无差异,临床上利用CT检测可以反应出腰椎椎管的实际情况。
        Objective: To observe the results of anatomical measurement and CT measurement of the 3rd to 5th lumbar vertebral canal in adultsof Baotou in Inner Mongolia,so as to provide anatomical basis for the clinical application of the Department of orthopedics. Methods: A total of 100 healthy adults in Baotou were selected. The sagittal diameter and lateral sagittal diameter of 3-5 spinal canal were measured under CT. Mean-while,bilateral lateral recesses were also measured and observed. The above data were measured in 50 healthy adult spinal column specimens,andthe related results of the two methods were analyzed. Results: CT measurements and specimen measurements of adult lumbar spinal canal lateral re-cess width in Baotou,Inner Mongolia were( 5. 16 ± 0. 3) mm and( 5. 30 ± 0. 4) mm,respectively. There was no statistically significant differencebetween the two groups( t = 1. 586,P = 0. 032). CT measurements and specimen measurements of adult L4-L5 spinal canal area were( 289.43 ± 15. 2) mm2 and( 290. 3 ± 14. 5) mm2,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups( t = 3. 546,P =0. 002). After CT examination,the L5 sagittal diameter width of healthy subjects was( 13. 85 ± 0. 04) mm,and the L5 sagittal diameter width ofthe actual specimens was( 14. 08 ± 0. 25) mm. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant( t = 2. 0173,P = 0. 0302).Conclusion: There is no difference in adult lumbar spinal lateral recess width,vertebral canal area,and L5 width of sagittal diameter between thetwo different detection methods in Baotou district,Inner Mongolia. Clinically,CT detection can reflect the actual situation of lumbar spinal canal.
