肿瘤微环境胶原变化和肿瘤转移的研究进展

摘要
恶性肿瘤的危害在于侵袭和远处转移,肿瘤微环境中胶原变化和肿瘤转移密切相关。肿瘤微环境中胶原变化主要表现在新生胶原、密度、方向、长度、交联等方面,这些变化可以通过影响肿瘤细胞的代谢、水扩散和大分子运输、基因表达、血管生成等方面,也可以通过促进上皮间充质转化、免疫和基质细胞等来影响肿瘤的侵袭转移。深入了解肿瘤微环境中胶原变化和肿瘤转移的关系对于防治肿瘤具有积极的指导意义。
