摘要
以圆叶海棠为试材,采用盆栽试验法研究不同油料来源(汽油、柴油和润滑油)多环芳烃(PAHs)胁迫对圆叶海棠的生长状况、净光合速率、荧光参数等生理参数和叶片矿质元素的影响。结果表明:圆叶海棠的株高、茎粗和叶绿素含量受到低浓度(0.1 g·kg~(-1)) PAHs胁迫的促进,以及高浓度(0.5 g·kg~(-1)) PAHs胁迫的抑制。除非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)外,植株净光合速率(P_n)和原初光能转换效率(F_v/F_m)、光化学猝灭系数(q_P)、实际光化学效率(Φ_(PSII))和电子传递效率(ETR)均随PAHs胁迫浓度的增加呈降低趋势,且差异显著。植株叶片矿质元素的吸收量、器官全氮量及~(15)N吸收量和~(15)N利用率均随PAHs胁迫浓度的增加呈现显著降低趋势。与对照相比,随处理浓度增加,在植株叶片和根中的~(15)N分配率大都显著降低,在茎部的分配率显著增加,同时,对根系的正常生长也造成了负面影响。
        The effects of PAHs stress from different oil sources(gasoline, diesel oil and lubricating oil) on the growth, net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, physiological parameters and mineral elements in leaves of Malus prunifolia var. ringo were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter and chlorophyll content of M. pruniolia var. ringo were promoted by low concentration(0.1 g·kg~(-1)) and inhibited by high concentration(0.5 g·kg~(-1)) of PAHs stress from different sources. Except for photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ), the net photosynthetic rate(P_n), primary photoenergy conversion efficiency(F_v/F_m), photochemical quenching coefficient(q_P), actual photochemical efficiency(Φ_(PSII))and electron transport efficiency(ETR) of plants decreased with the increase of PAHs concentration. The uptake of mineral elements, total nitrogen in organs and ~(15)N uptake and ~(15)N utilization rate in leaves decreased significantly with the increase of PAHs concentration. Compared with the control, most ~(15)N distribution rate decreased significantly with the increase of treatment concentration in leaves and roots, increased significantly in stems, and it also had a negative impact on the normal growth of roots.
