摘要
文章主要对TA10厚壁3D弯头在推制成型过程中出现的起皱、严重减薄现象进行系统分析,并针对推进装置的选择和感应加热温度与推进速度的匹配程度进行比较分析,有效地解决了TA10厚壁3D弯头成型起皱、严重减薄问题,保证了产品质量和工期。
In this paper,the wrinkling and serious thinning phenomena of TA10 thick-walled 3 D elbow in the forming process are systematically analyzed,and the selection of propulsion device and the matching degree between induction heating temperature and propulsion speed are compared and analyzed.The problem of wrinkling and serious thinning of TA10 thick-walled 3 D elbow is effectively solved,so that the product quality and time limit are guaranteed.
