摘要
目的研究小鼠皮肤、骨架材料、促渗剂种类及加入量对中药退热巴布贴中主要成分黄芩苷离体经皮渗透的效果。方法使用药物透皮扩散仪,采用紫外分光光度法检测接受液中黄芩苷的浓度并计算药物的经皮累积释放量。结果小鼠皮肤间对透皮吸收效果无显著差异,骨架材料和促渗剂不同吸收效果不同。不同骨架材料累积透皮百分比由大到小的顺序为PVP>CMC-Na>HPMC,不同促渗剂的累积透皮百分比顺序为冰片>丙二醇>薄荷脑>氮酮。冰片最佳加入量为1.5%。结论该中药退热巴布贴的骨架材料选择PVP,促渗剂为冰片,其加入量在1.5%时离体透皮吸收效果最佳。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of skin,skeleton material,type and amount of osmotizer on transdermal permeation of baicalin in vitro.METHODS The concentration of baicalin in the receiving solution was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with drug transdermal diffuser and the cumulative drug release being calculated.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the effect of transdermal absorption between mice skin,but different absorption effects of skeleton materials and osmotic enhancers.The order of cumulative transdermal percentage of different matrix materials was PVP>CMC-Na>HPMC.The order of cumulative penetration percentage of different osmotic enhancers was borneol>propylene glycol>menthol>azone.The optimum addition amount of azone was 1.5.CONCLUSION PVP was chosen as the skeleton material and azone was used as the osmotic enhancer,and the best transdermal absorption effect was obtained at 1.5% of the dosage of antipyretic Babu paste.
