摘要

本文对北京市老旧小区的闲置空间再利用进行了系统性的研究,对其产生与特质、自行车棚和地下室的现状问题及改造建议、资金来源进行了分析,并对有关工作对策进行了详细的解读。
        This paper makes a systematic study on the reuse of idle space of old residential areas in Beijing, introduce its generation and characteristics, analyses the current problems of bicycle sheds and basements, proposes the source of funds for renovation, and interprets the relevant countermeasures in details.
