摘要
针对金刚石串珠绳串珠表面磨粒脱落的问题,本文依据磨粒与串珠绳金属胎体之间结合界面的临界断裂力评估结合界面的强度,研究胎体对金刚石磨粒的把持能力。本文通过Abaqus仿真软件建立串珠绳表面串珠受力模型,分析金刚石磨粒颗粒形状、姿态以及磨粒出刃高度等主要因素对结合界面强度的影响,其过程属于混合模式的界面断裂。结果表明:金刚石磨粒的形状、姿态、磨粒出刃高度对结合界面的强度均有显著的影响。对金刚石磨粒脱落失效的研究能够指导串珠绳的研制,通过改变串珠绳的参数,改善串珠绳的使用寿命。
        In order to solve the problem of abrasive particle shedding on the surface of diamond beaded rope,a force model of bead on the surface of beaded rope was established using the simulation software Abaqus. The strength of the bonding interface was evaluated according to the critical fracture force of the bonding interface between the abrasive particle and the metal matrix of beaded rope. Then,the holding ability of the matrix to diamond abrasive particles was studied. Abaqus was used to simulate and analyze the effects of the main factors,such as the shape and attitude of diamond abrasive particles,the height of the abrasive edge on the bonding interface strength,and the mechanism of abrasive peeling. Results show that the shape and attitude of diamond abrasive particles as well as the height of the abrasive edge have significant influence on the strength of bonding interface. The study of diamond abrasive peeling failure can guide the development of beaded rope and improve their service life by changing their parameters.
