BNi-2和BNi71CrSi钎料钎焊K405合金接头组织与性能比较

摘要
分别采用BNi-2钎料和BNi71CrSi钎料对铸造高温合金K405进行真空钎焊,同时对K405材料的真空钎焊工艺、力学性能和金相组织进行对比研究。结果表明,利用BNi-2和BNi71CrSi两种钎料钎焊K405材料,获得的接头组织均良好;与BNi-2钎料相比,BNi71CrSi钎料钎焊K405的焊接接头性能更高。为保证钎焊接头质量,钎焊间隙小于50μm。
        Filler metals of BNi-2 and BNi71 CrSi were used to vacuum-braze foundry high-temperature alloy K405. The processes of vacuum brazing,mechanical properties and microstructures were compared for the two kinds of filler metals. It resulted that the microstructure of the two kinds of different brazed joints were well. Compared with BNi-2 filler metal,the property of the joint brazed with BNi71 CrSi was higher. In order to ensure the quality of the brazed joint,the gap of vacuum brazing should be less than 50 μm.The test results showed that the design of high frequency hybrid twin-electrode TIG power reached the expected goal.
