摘要

张婷婷教授基于阴阳分期的原则,从益肾运脾,正本清源;阴阳分期,固本善后;滋阴疏肝,因人治宜3个方面对青春期功能失调性子宫出血患儿进行辨证论治,通过调理先天之本与后天之本,补益血海,调畅冲任,临床取得了满意的疗效。附案例1则,以资验证。
        Based on the principle of staging of yin and yang,professor ZHANG Tingting treats adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding based on syndrome differentiation from three aspects as follows: tonifying the kidney and activating the spleen,clearing up the sources and getting to the root; staging of yin and yang,consolidating the root and focusing on rehabilitation; nourishing yin and regulating the liver-qi,treatment in accordance with physique of an individual. By regulating congenital base of life and postnatal base of life,nourishing blood sea,activating thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,it has obtained satisfactory clinical efficacy.One case is attached for verification.
