摘要
钻井作业使用大功率的动力设备会产生持续的噪声,从而对井场周边的居民生活造成影响。通过降噪技术研究和方案筛选,形成了适用于钻井噪声控制的三种方案:声屏障、隔声罩、低气压静音房。其中低气压静音房方案,房体整体封闭,通过排风口和进风口使空气定向流动,在房体内形成低气压,在保障设备散热的同时,能使噪声排放满足国标GBZ/T 189.8要求,井场边100 m处噪声达到国标GB 3096要求。
The use of high-powered power equipment for drilling operations will generate continuous noise, which will have a negative impact on the lives of residents around the wellsite. Through noise reduction technology research and scheme screening, three schemes suitable for drilling noise control have been formed: sound barriers, acoustic enclosures, and low-pressure soundproof room. In the low-pressure soundproof room solution, the house body is completely enclosed, air directly flows through the air outlet and the air inlet, and a low air pressure is formed in the room body. While ensuring the heat dissipation of the equipment, the noise emission can meet the requirements of the national standard GBZ/T 189.8. The noise at 100 meters away from the wellsite has reached the national standard GB3096 requirements.
