摘要
文章主要从肺癌的中医宏观病机"虚""痰""瘀""毒"出发,进一步论述了肺癌的微观病机是"痰""毒""瘀"的胶结渗透,包括"痰瘀""瘀毒"和"痰毒"3个方面。最后提出了肺癌的"痰毒瘀"微观模型并作了详细的分析,同时阐述了"痰毒瘀"微观模型的致病特点。
        Starting from the macroscopic pathogenesis of lung cancer in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) including 'deficiency' 'phlegm' 'stasis' and 'toxin', it was further discussed that the microscopic pathogenesis of lung cancer was the cementation and infiltration of 'phlegm' 'toxin' and 'stasis', including three aspects: 'phlegm and stasis', 'stasis and toxin' and 'phlegm and toxin'. Finally, the microscopic model of 'phlegm-toxin-stasis' of lung cancer was put forward and analyzed in detail, and the pathogenic characteristics of 'phlegm-toxin-stasis' microcosmic model were also expounded.
