摘要
为了研究高温冷却系统的工作特性,文章基于某PFI汽油机,研究了汽油机外特性下发动机进水口温度和发动机转速2个变量对冷却液的温变特性和流变特性的影响。试验表明,不同的发动机进水口温度下,进水口温度上升会造成冷却液流量下降。高温冷却可以以较少的冷却液流量传递更多的热量,过高的冷却液温度对有效功率的提升没有显著的影响,而且沸腾换热中,气泡的破裂造成相变换热的不稳定,宏观上表现为换热前后温差波动大。
        In order to study the working characteristics of the high temperature cooling system, based on a PFI gasoline engine,this paper studied the influence that the two variables(i.e. the engine inlet temperature and the engine speed) has on the temperature and flow rate variation characteristics at external characteristic. The test results at different engine inlet temperature show that the increase of the inlet temperature can cause the decrease of coolant flow rate. High temperature cooling can transfer more heat with less coolant flow. However, the extra high coolant temperature does not have great effect on the improvement of effective power. Meanwhile, in boiling heat transfer, bubble break causes instability in phase change heat transfer, macroscopically, it is reflected on the evident temperature fluctuation before and after heat transfer.
