摘要
在车用柴油机增压系统设计时,为研究基于VGT二级可调增压(RTST)系统控制参数(高、低压级涡轮调节阀和VGT叶片)调节特性,建立RTST系统综合特性试验台,在低压级设置的3个开度(0、40%、100%)下,研究高压级涡轮调节阀和VGT叶片不同开度对进气参数的影响规律。结果表明:高压级调节阀从全关到全开,高压级涡轮转速下降14. 0%,涡前压力下降7. 5%,低压级转速升高4. 1%,系统总压比下降5. 0%。VGT叶片开度从20%增加至100%,高压级涡前压力下降34. 9%;低压级涡前压力仅上升12. 5%,系统总压比下降14. 8%。VGT叶片对RTST系统性能调节能力是高压级调节阀的2倍以上。
        To study the regulation characteristics of control parameters of a regulated two-stage turbocharging( RTST),which is based on variable geometry turbocharging( VGT),the paper establishes a bench for RTST integrated characteristics and at three low-pressure openings including 0,40 and 100 percent,studies the intake parameters influenced by different openings of both high-pressure turbine regulator and VGT blade. The experimental results show that the change from full closure to full openness in opening of high-pressure regulating valve would decrease turbine speed,pre-vortex pressure,total pressure by 14,7. 5,5 percent,respectively,and at the same time increase low-pressure turbine speed by 4. 1 percent. If opening of a VGT blade increases from 20 percent to 100 percent,high-pressure pre-vortex pressure would decrease by 34. 9 percent and total pressure by 14. 8 percent with an increase in low-pressure pre-vortex pressure by 12. 5 percent. The regulation ability of VGT blade is more than twice as much as that of high-pressure valve.
